At Gauri Vedic, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, crafted with care and passion. Should you find the need for an exchange or return, kindly adhere to the following policies:
Refund Policy
For refund, eligible items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and still have the original tags attached. The refund request should be made within 2 days from the date of delivery. All returns are processed via Bank Transfer, and the transaction may take up to 3-7 working days.
In the case of a product defect, we require clear opening videos or pictures of the parcel for resolution.
Items purchased at our retail stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online as well as offline also.

Upon receipt, the item undergoes a meticulous quality inspection, and if approved, we proceed with your request. Please note that an item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
Changes in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you need to modify details such as size, delivery address, or phone number, please contact us at info@swatinaturals.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information.” Changes can be facilitated if the order hasn’t been shipped.
